Do you need to return an item? With Vi to Vi the Return is Free and Stress Free!

Inform Vi to Vi within 14 days from the delivery date, by contacting our Customercare team at the email customercare@vitovi.it .
We will respond by giving you all the necessary information and will put you in contact with a Courier service; we will organize the free collection of the product directly to your home when it is most convenient for you!

Remember to keep the return slip applied to our original box.
The products must be kept in their original conditions with all the intact labels (tag and guarantee seal).
Worn, used or damaged products will not be accepted.
