SHIPPING COSTS
Deliveries are only available to EU countries.
Shipping costs for deliveries to Italy will always be borne by VIME S.r.l..
For shipments to other EU countries outside of Italy, in the case of purchases with a value of less than €500.00, the costs are charged to the customer at the rate of €10.00. For purchases equal to or greater than €500.00, shipping costs will be borne by VIME S.r.l.
You may exchange or return any ordered item, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.
RETURN PROCEDURE
Contact our customer service department by sending an email to customercare@vitovi.it and you will receive all the instructions on how to return the products.
The item to be returned must be accompanied by the DDT (Transport Document), which is already present in the shipping box and must be affixed to the package before being handed over to the courier for collection.
REFUND
Once VItoVI has received and verified the good condition of the returned item, it will proceed to refund the customer on the same method of payment used.
COSTS
The cost of the return shipment is charged to the customer (10€) and will be retained at the time of the refund; returns for size exchange are instead free of charge up to the second exchange and made through the same procedure.
